This is where the Commercial department provides a clear steer. Our role is to ensure that every development is an outstanding commercial success. From the cost of land buying through to the price of each unit, we collaborate with other areas of the organisation to ensure quality, manage budgets and ensure that unit costs match our buyers’ aspirations.
One of the most significant challenges facing our Commercial teams is the issue of affordability. With house prices increasing, our customers need us to think creatively and find ways to reduce the cost of living. So, throughout the process, we work closely with Technical, Design, Construction and Sales to use cost effective materials, harness energy saving solutions and turn innovative design ideas into practical, affordable living spaces.
