A Land Surveyor with experience in both setting out and as built survey work for residential projects covering roads, sewers and plot works is required for Barratt West Scotland, Stepps. Candidates should be suitably experienced in the use of the latest stand alone survey instrumentation and conversion of survey data obtained into AutoCAD drawings. Good working knowledge of AutoCAD is required for the preparation of both site title plans and individual plot feu plans. Understanding of good office house keeping requirements for the recording of survey work undertaken and issue of drawings will also be required. Commercial Assistant To support the Commercial team in a busy office of the country’s leading housebuilder based in Guildford. Main duties will be administrative, dealing with the high volumes of documentation, co-ordinating with other departments within the office and our site based teams and external suppliers, including processing of payments. Purchase ledger experience would be an advantage along with CIS and VAT.
