CRM Manager (Customer Relation Management Manager).
As more and more customers are becoming IT literate the volume of internet enquiries is intensifying, meaning that dealing with these leads efficiently, effectively and with a customer friendly approach is increasingly invaluable to our company.
Based at our dynamic Head office as part of our sales team, you will be responsible for dealing with internet enquiries, including managing customer contact and securing site appointments via telephone. This is a responsible role for someone with great communication and organisational skills. An excellent telephone manner,customer friendly approach and practical experience of MS Office will also be essential, as well as the ability to work to tight deadlines Training and development opportunities are available within this role.
