You will manage a number of developments, providing financial and commercial leadership which ensures efficiency, maximises the productivity of subcontractors and delivers value. It involves working closely with a range of departments to prepare tenders, procure suppliers and enhance margins. So the ability to build good relationships is essential.

A qualified surveyor, you will share our commitment to quality and our attention to detail. Just as important will be the experience, initiative and drive to take ownership of projects, manage different specialists and deliver work of an exceptionally high standard.
