Managing a portfolio of developments, you will deliver full financial control of all relevant costs. You will aim to provide total financial solutions, adding value to projects, identifying efficiencies and agreeing accounts with subcontractors. Ultimately you will work closely with a range of departments to prepare tenders, procure suppliers and enhance margins. So the ability to build good relationships is essential.

A qualified survey, you will share our commitment to quality and our attention to detail. Just as important will be the experience, initiative and drive to take ownership of projects, make decisions and challenge others to deliver work of an exceptionally high standard. You will liaise with a wide variety of professionals, so credibility, strong relationship building skills and in-depth knowledge of the construction industry are essential.
