Based at our Edinburgh office, you will have an excellent knowledge of assisting in the management of the purchase ledger process, with previous house builder knowledge advantageous. You will be proactive, enthusiastic, use initiative, and pay attention to detail.
Duties include:
• Assisting in the purchase ledger process from end to end.
• Ensuring statements are processed in a timely manner in line with departmental targets.
• Producing accurate and meaningful information.
• Managing all information pertaining to the purchase ledger process.
• Be IT literate and confident in producing spreadsheets for Board Papers.
