We are looking for a talented graduate (with a minimum of a 2:1 degree in any subject) who is hungry to forge a career in finance. You’ll join this year’s Graduate Development Programme, which is designed to give you a two-year foundation for a great career. There is an induction programme from the moment you join, as well as ongoing support from mentors, coaches and a buddy system. There are Development Modules covering a range of skills, and you’ll also get the opportunity to rotate around the business increasing your learning during your second year.
The role during the first year will be based in our Executive Office in Kent House, Central London (Near Oxford Circus). You’ll work with the Financial Controller for the South compiling management information and reports for the Group Main Board Director. There is also a requirement to contribute to a wide variety of ad-hoc projects designed to improve operational performance.
Whilst an interest in finance is essential, you don’t need to have a relevant degree. We’ll support you in achieving further professional qualifications as part of the Graduate Development Programme.
What we do need is someone who is analytical, detail conscious and focussed on achieving. The ideal candidate will have a well-developed professional approach and the potential to reach a senior level within the Group. You'll also need a full UK driving licence.

A starting salary of £21,000 isn’t bad. However, it’s not just about the money here.
