Barratt Leeds require Full Time Sales Negotiators for its growing number of new developments throughout Yorkshire. We are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated individuals with a friendly and positive attitude to join our team. Sales experience is not necessary, as we will provide practical on-site training. Flexible working is essential which will include some weekends and you will need your own car. Recognising that purchasing a home is often the biggest single outlay most people will ever make, you will build a rapport with potential buyers which will continue throughout the buying process. As well as sales and customer care, your brief will involve marketing activities; giving those with the drive to progress and a desire to learn a valuable insight into our industry.
As this role is pivotal to ongoing success, it is often pressurised, with targets to meet and standards to maintain. So you must be an accomplished communicator with a real understanding of customer needs. While your person-to-person sales experience could have been gained in any number of business sectors, it is essential that you have an approach, which is positive, professional, friendly and flexible, particularly with regard to weekend working.
