A Land Surveyor with experience in both setting out and as built survey work for residential projects covering roads, sewers and plot works is required for Barratt West Scotland, Stepps. Candidates should be suitably experienced in the use of the latest stand alone survey instrumentation and conversion of survey data obtained into AutoCAD drawings. Good working knowledge of AutoCAD is required for the preparation of both site title plans and individual plot feu plans. Understanding of good office house keeping requirements for the recording of survey work undertaken and issue of drawings will also be required.

The position will come with the usual remuneration package of good salary.
